The personal data entered in this form and the personal data subsequently acquired in the management of the response to your request will be processed by All Travels Ncc di Fabiano Rini , as data controller, for:
a) provide feedback and/or deliver the requested service;
b) carry out, subject to manifestation of consent, remote commercial communications relating to products or services of the Company both through contact channels indicated directly by the interested parties and through additional contact channels and social networks otherwise identified, as well as to invite interested parties to events organised by us or by third party companies with which we collaborate

Failure to provide personal data required for the purpose a) prevents the provision of an appropriate response. Failure to provide personal data not marked as necessary or failure to provide consent for purposes b), c) and d) only prevents the transmission of communications of a promotional nature relating to the products and services marketed by the Company, including discounts, invitations to events, etc., or commercial information in line with its interests.
Personal data shall be kept for a period of time that is congruous in relation to the pursuit of the stated purposes. Personal data that is no longer necessary, as it relates to the performance of evaluation activities that have now been completed, will not be subject to further and/or different use.
The processing of personal data for purpose c) will take place by computerised and non-computerised means, personal data will be processed by means of their classification in order to contribute to the production of lists of recipients of commercial communications from the data controller who are likely to be interested in a given product/service.
We would like to remind you that, as a data subject, you have the right to ask the data controller for access to your personal data and its rectification or erasure or to object to its processing. As a data subject, you also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
